You know what I just realized? The president isn’t taking away our civil liberties! He’s just hiding them until the war on terror is over so that the terrorists can’t get them.
What he needs to do is issue Civil Liberty Bonds: you give up your right to privacy now, and in 30 years, you get gay marriage!
Or, you know, whenever the war on terror is over. When will that be?

Man, Bush sets ‘em up, and Giblets knocks ‘em down.
In case you haven’t been paying attention, most of America disapproves of America’s war in Iraq and disapproves of America’s president. That means America is providing aid and comfort to America’s enemies, and that can only mean one thing: America is guilty of treason.

I’ve been hearing a lot of people - including Republicans - saying that the president ought to either resign or be impeached. Which sounds like a pretty good idea to me - except…
Take a look at the line of succession. I’m no expert, but does anybody see a name on there that isn’t either corrupt, incompetent, or bat-shit insane? I don’t. Heck, I’m pretty sure a few of those people eat babies.
The fact that they’re planning on moving Chertoff up the list scares the crap out of me. We’ve all seen what a great job he’s been doing.
So is it in our best interest to just ride this one out until these bums are (please please please) tossed out after the next election?
