What’s a tumblelog? Tumblr says:

You can also look at tumblelogs as slightly more structured blogsthat make it easier, faster, and more fun to post and share stuff you find or create.
I was pretty impressed by their bookmarklet that intelligently figures out what you want to do with a page that you want to share on Tumblr: if you’re on a video site, it posts the video; if you have text selected, it makes a quote. Very cool.
I’m not sure if I’ll be using it, but I had the domain and didn’t know what else to do with it, so there you go.

At least not dead yet. I’m working with the MT stuff to try to set up multiple integrated blogs so that I can take on a whole slew of contributors. I dunno if it’ll work, but the work that Doug did for Adaptive Path is encouraging.
In other news, I’ll be risking life and limb later this week to drive out to my parent’s house so they can see their grandkids. My wife keeps moving the departure time back. 5:30 on Thursday - 2:00 on Thursday - Midnight Wednesday. If this goes on much longer I’ll have already left!
