They owe us an apology

Among others, these people need to apologize for being so spectacularly wrong about the war in Iraq:

Some of them are probably happy to admit that they were wrong. Others…

Well, let’s just say that according to experts, torture is useless for information gathering, but works like a charm for forced confessions. So let’s cross-reference this list with the one of people on record supporting torture and see if we can’t give them what they want. O’Reilly? You’re up first.

Why? How about getting this story completely backwards. If Saddam was really making up all that stuff about WMDs, then why did the president say that he had evidence? Why did he kick out the weapons inspectors? Why did he send Colin Powell to the U.N.? And if it was all made up, what was Powell talking about?

You, sir, are despicable. I honestly have no idea how you sleep at night.

Not far enough

I fully support the Ministry of Reshelving in all of their goals, but I have to wonder if they’re willing to go far enough. If 1984 belongs in Current Events or U.S. History, where should we shelve Bill O’Reilly? Fantasy? What about Ann Coulter?
