  1. 88 cents. That’s what I was paying at a POS gas sta­tion just off base at Lan­g­ley in 1998. Hard to imag­ine paying less than a dollar now.

    Louisianans who live out of state should get a spe­cial rate and free deliv­ery on petro­leum prod­ucts from the Gulf. With­out Louisiana oil refiner­ies, the rest of the coun­try would freeze in the dark! Ok, maybe not.
