Well, I moved my computer out of its home into the dining room and into the living room. We bought a nice little desk at Ikea and a matching cabinet to hold my junk.

There are more cables there than you might think, but with some zip- or twist-ties, it should be fine. Luckily they aren’t visible from the front. My new bluetooth wireless keyboard and my trusty Logitech wireless mouse keep my sliding tray from getting hung up on cords. And my beloved Mac mini is so compact that it just disappears.

As you may or may not have noticed, most of my old posts are back up. I’m still trying to figure out how to pull the rest of them from the yaml file that Typo created shortly before eating my content. I’m also experimenting with text-link ads and WordPress which I know next to nothing about. Good practice for that new site coming up…

  1. Looks nice man, much more organized than my setup.

And yes, we need to practice for the new site. I fixed a couple of issues with some missing plugins.

  2. When you cut back your space, you have to organize.

I’m trying to teach myself enough about theming WordPress to be helpful…
