Among others, these people need to apol­o­gize for being so spec­tac­u­larly wrong about the war in Iraq:

Well, let’s just say that accord­ing to experts, tor­ture is use­less for infor­ma­tion gath­er­ing, but works like a charm for forced con­fes­sions. So let’s cross-​reference this list with the one of people on record sup­port­ing tor­ture and see if we can’t give them what they want. O’Reilly? You’re up first.

Why? How about get­ting this story com­pletely back­wards. If Saddam was really making up all that stuff about WMDs, then why did the pres­i­dent say that he had evi­dence? Why did he kick out the weapons inspec­tors? Why did he send Colin Powell to the U.N.? And if it was all made up, what was Powell talk­ing about?

You, sir, are despi­ca­ble. I hon­estly have no idea how you sleep at night.
