After an increase in the number of negative responses to blog entries on Signal vs. Noise, the guys at 37Signals decided to ask their readers if they had jumped the shark.
Well, I don’t want to spoil the surprise, but a lot of people said yes. I know I did. So what did a company that has championed doing the right thing for customers and clients do?
They turned off comments. Next they’ll take their ball and go home.
37Signals used to be synonymous with small teams, great web applications, doing less with more and innovation. Now they’ll be known for not being able to take criticism. Nice.
