When Bill Ben­nett said that “you could abort every black baby in this coun­try, and your crime rate would go down,” he wasn’t just being a racist. I mean, clearly, the guy thinks that blacks are the only people who commit crime in Amer­ica, and he is wrong, wrong, wrong.

But here’s what gets me: this guy was the Sec­re­tary of Edu­ca­tion, right? What per­cent­age of crimes does he think are com­mit­ted by babies?
