I was looking at Keword Sense for some information on how keywords relate to ads, when I noticed that the phrase “Wisconsin Mortage” is one of the highest paying keywords they track.

They list other related terms as well, and from browsing it, I’m sure that there’s some conclusion about the Wisconsin housing market that you could conclude, but I have no idea what it is. Is it a highly competitive market for home buyers? Is there a housing boom on? Or is this just reflecting a highly competitive group of mortgage brokers in the area? Any ideas?
