So it appears that SCO is at worst a bunch of lying jerks, and at best a gaggle of incompetents that never bothered to check google before filing a lawsuit. Analysis of the stolen code is all over the net. And guess what, the code in question was released under the BSD license both by AT&T and SCO themselves. I guess they were so caught up in figuring out what to do with the $3 Billlion they wanted to take from IBM that they never bothered to look in Google.
What really bugs me is how fast some of the slimeballs at my work were to toe the Microsoft line and give up on Linux because of some nebulous claims from a company headed by Darl McBride. The same Darl McBride that got his start by suing his own company. Losers.
